A Complete Refurbishment Project Turning a One Bedroom Apartment into a Two Bedroom Apartment

I just wanted to share my experience using the services provided by Isha at Interiors by Isha. We vetted a few interior designers by looking at their previous work and we felt that Isha's creativity met the requirements for the flat conversion that we were planning on carrying out with a view of renting it out. The flat is in London, next to the Oval cricket ground and we live in the East Midlands so it was going to be a tricky project to manage. How wrong were we! Isha took on the project on a turnkey basis, managed the project, provided her trusted trades from electricians, plumbers, kitchen fitters, plasterers, handyman, carpenter etc. etc sourcing and supplying bathrooms, tiles, furniture, and furnishings, absolutely nothing was a problem and was coordinated to perfection, 100 spinning plates for Isha is like comparing a walk in the park. Isha visited the property after we'd got the keys at the end of January, even before we'd seen the flat ourselves and started getting trades lined up, working on electrical designs, layout designs and mood boards. Everything you see in these pictures is the result of what Isha accomplished, the best part is the 3 estate agents that viewed the property, like us and everyone that's stepped inside were blown away with the end product. I purchased the flat for £318,000 and I've no doubt in my mind that the "£500,000 to achieve upwards of £525,000" valuations were directly because of the end product by Isha and her team. We're truly grateful for putting up with us and our crazy ideas and realising we had an expert that had the RIGHT ideas to produce this beautiful flat that we're immensely proud to own in our portfolio.

We weren't entirely sure if we should get professional help or not but we took a leap of faith. So glad we did! We chose to engage Interiors by Isha on the design project for my living room, kitchen and diner. Isha was brilliant to work with from start to finish. She was responsive throughout and brought great insights and ideas to make the space work cohesively. We are thrilled with the end result and it was so much fun. We found her recommendations on point and working like a charm. She has been very prompt and immensely patient while executing this project, giving us alternative suggestions on demand. She very quickly established a rapport and often pushed us, in the best way, to try things we would never have thought of on our own. At the same time, she was happy to evaluate and incorporate our own suggestions, giving us honest and useful feedback. She did endless research for us and even carried heavy catalogues all the way from London to Crawley in a train. She helped us source all the furniture and her tradesmen were very professional and reliable. Irrespective of your project and budget size, I would highly recommend working with Isha. We couldn't have wished for a better interior designer. I’ll not hesitate to work with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I would like to highly recommend Isha Sodhi who recently styled my home. Here's a glimpse of her first project, which was my living room. As you can see, when we first brought the house the room was dark, dull and lifeless! I gave her a brief to create a room which was bright, light and airy, as a starting point and I'm pleased to say she's definitely achieved that with grace. She worked closely with us throughout the project and really listened to what we wanted. To say Isha delivered is an understatement. From the beginning Isha centred the project to how my family wanted to use our formal and TV area not just I but all the members. It was a perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality which has given us a space that we enjoy every day. I am so grateful to Isha for introducing me to colours that I would not have considered and absolutely love. I can honestly say the soft furnishings and accessories I would not have found myself yet they reflect my family. The article pieces will be with us for life.
